Your First Visit to PDC Medical Centre

If you are a new patient at PDC Medical Centre, you can register with the surgery through the Hotdoc website or alternatively, call the PDC Medical Centre Team to make to register you to the GP / Dr Practice.

At PDC Medical Centre we are pleased to assist you from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. PDC Medical Centre is conveniently located in East Victoria Park, less than 10 minutes from Perth City (GP / Medical Centre located next to Victoria Park, St James, South Perth, Bentley, Cannington, Lathlain and Carlisle).

PDC Medical Centre offer a wide range health services to assist with mild health issues to chronic conditions such as Asthma, Arthritis and Diabetes.

At PDC Medical Centre we aim to provide the greatest access to all people who require medical services.

Same Day appointments available (walk in visits welcome)
All Children 15 years and under will be attended to without the need for a booking (please call the PDC Medical Centre Team to arrange)
Bulk Billing available for standard appointments to all valid Concession and Pension Card Holders
Bulk Billing available for standard appointments for all Veteran Affairs Card Holders
Bulk Billing available for children 15 years old and under
Bulk Billing available for people of Aboriginal descent
Bulk Billing available for people of Torres Strait Island Descent

Next Steps

Arrive and Check In

A PDC Medical Centre Team member will provide you with a PDC Medical Centre patient registration form and request your Driver's License and Medicare Card (if applicable) or your Insurance Card.

Complete Registration

Complete the PDC Medical Centre Forms and provide them to the PDC Medical Centre Team.

See GP / Doctor

Once all the PDC Medical Centre forms are completed and the PDC Medical Centre Team have received the information, you will be seen by the Doctor / GP.

Complete Payment

After seeing the PDC Medical Centre Dr / GP, speak to a PDC Medical Centre Team member and complete payment for the GP / Dr services provided to you.
